This is the CD edition. This edition was released on September 29, 2023.

Reissue. Originally released by Century Media back in 2003, The Antidote is yet another Moonspell album that drifted off the paths of the trendy symphonic metal that dominated the scene at the time. It's a record that laughed at the softening powers in power metal that began poisoning the scene 20 years ago. Thus... it has been, again, misunderstood by the fans and the press alike. That didn't stop The Antidote from becoming a long ago out of print, sold-out record and an unnamed classic in it's own right. To properly celebrate it's two decades of life, The Antidote will be re-released via Napalm Records on September 29, 2023, under exclusive licensing from Century Media. Exactly 20 years after it's original release, Moonspell will once again bring you the fear and the intimidation of an album inspired by what we dread: our darkest dreams and bleak crossroads. It's a tribal, ritualistic album, devoid of the plastic, business-like beauty of what became gothic metal along the way. An album that scares the hell out of you and wraps you in the truth of darkness. Here's your second chance to own it and to claim the consternation inside of you. The Antidote, in it's cup, is yours to take - if only you could dare! Originally released in 2003. This is the Deluxe Edition CD edition. This edition was released on December 13, 2019.

Released originally by the band in 1998, Sin/Pecado became the great divider of Moonspell wolfpack. Produced by their long time companion (Waldemar Sorychta-Wolfheart, Irreligious), the songs of this "accursed" album were signs of a rebellion of the band against the sound that made them famous in the scene. Instead of wolves and vampires, Moonspell set the compass to songs filled with electronica and darkwave moods that talked about the European Community or the love for a woman. "Moonspell's biggest flaw or quality, judge for yourself, is never to be satisfied with anything. Frontman Ribeiro says. "There was true creative anguish burning inside us in 1997, after we were done with the endless Irreligious' tours, that created the perfect (shit)storm that would be Sin. It was a strange year for us, Paradise Lost, My Dying Bride, were letting loose and seemed to be also under the same mood as we did, or vice-versa. It doesn't matter. Metal was turning its wheel and we're all on the falling side. We took the fall and enjoyed doing it anyway. It wasn't Moses dividing the waters, but it did hurt sometimes to feel alone. Curiosly a lot of other people entered Sin's mood a couple of years later and now they beg of us to play those songs live. If you're reading this and need another taste at sin, let's indulge each other and pick up that second skin from the late-nineties deep closet." 2019 brings us, via Napalm Records in collaboration with Moonspell, a new chance to take the sinful cup to our lips and see if that red wine has aged better or tastes sweeter than more than twenty years ago.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0799/7787/3626/files/SINPECADOX2ECONDSKINEP9798REISSUEDIGIPACK_nqs8mg.jpg?v=1771740468
moonspell-lisboa-under-the-spell-with-dvd-with-cd
Moonspell – Lisboa Under the Spell – With (Blu-ray + DVD + CD)

Lisboa Under the Spell is a metal album by Moonspell on Napalm. This edition was released on August 17, 2018.

A unique and solemn spell seems to shroud every spot as soon as Portuguese alchemists Moonspell enter the stage - and it was a very special evening indeed when the band played an exceptional show at the Campo Pequeno arena in their hometown Lissabon on February 4th, 2017. That inimitable bond between the gothic metal act and 4.000 of their fans in the sold-out venue is pure electricity, captured for all eternity on the massive DVD / Blu-ray package Lisboa under the spell. Three discs cover the cult albums Wolfheart, Irreligious and Extinct (all three performed live in full-length!) and in addition boast a very intimate one-hour documentary offering a glimpse behind the scenes. It was definitely about time, since Moonspell aficionados have been thirsting for a new DVD ever since Lusitanian Metal (2008)!
