Veteran LAPD officers Bontrager & Gast take down a violent criminal, unleashing a personal vendetta against his sister, Megan Dyer, who runs an organ trafficking ring. Megan vows revenge against the pair. The only problem is that Gast, once LAPD's biggest bad-ass cop, recently suffered a brain injury, reverting him to a happy-go-lucky man-child. When Bontrager's sole kidney is stolen by Megan, can Gast save the day and rise to the occasion to become the hard-boiled, unstoppable cop he once was?
