From Cameo comes Cardiac Arrest & We All Know Who We Are, a soul & R&B album on Superbird. This is the CD edition. This edition was released on January 21, 2010.

Their excellent debut album, Cardiac Arrest, was highlighted by four singles. Three of those hit the Billboard R&B chart. The single "It's Serious" not only gave the band a Top 20 R&B hit but also got onto the all important Dance chart, hitting #21. Cameo would of course go on to bigger things as the 1980's opened up, getting no less than eight gold discs and one platinum disc in America. 15 tracks. Cherry Red. 2010.
