<p>Albert Finney directs and stars in Charlie Bubbles, an offbeat comedy-drama featuring Liza Minnelli in her first major role. Charlie Bubbles (Finney), a fabulously rich but unhappy writer whose bored with his great success, lives in a large London townhouse where he wastes away the hours drunk and debauched with his secretary (Minnelli) and servants.
