From Chris Hazelton comes After Dark, a jazz album on Cellar Live. This is the CD edition. This edition was released on August 11, 2023.

Chris Hazelton - After Dark - On Chris Hazelton's new album he takes organ music back to it's traditional 'After Dark' setting, alongside a quintet of Kansas City's finest. Inspired by his late mentors Everette DeVan, Seleno Clarke, and the incomparable Dr. Lonnie Smith, Chris Hazelton's new album invokes the feeling of what jazz organ has always traditionally been: late night music. The album finds him in a focused, subtle setting with a quintet of Kansas City's finest. The selections tell the story of a night out and the enchantment of what can happen after dark!
