23 unreleased songs, written by Les Cowboys Fringants during their 25-year career, finally see the light of day on Les Nuits de Repentigny. Recorded for pure pleasure in the fall of 2020, with Gus van Go directing, this album made up of "disc scraps" is meant to be a breath of fresh air and good humor for their fans! Decadent tales, dark humor, playful and endearing portraits, pastiche of Elvis, lyrics full of geographic inconsistencies, "Jingles International," premonitory Christmas song, homage to the brave or umpteenth song of "drink..." Pieces today ' hui finalized and rearranged to become small pleasures that are quite simply heartwarming.
