Description Shipping information

From Medium Build comes Health, an indie and alternative album on Island. This is the vinyl edition. This edition was released on August 16, 2024.

Medium Build (aka Nick Carpenter) finds levity in the rough edges and complications, crafting slice-of-life songs about growing up and messing up. He joined the Island Records family, in partnership with slowplay, in 2023 and released his pivotal EP, Health. Featuring 8 tracks, including the highlights, "Never Learned to Dance," and "Give Me Back My Soul." Available on 12" vinyl.
