Description
xThe Sacramento is a river with two personalities, one that retains a sense of wildness, home to endangered salmon, to otter, eagle and osprey. One that is a massive plumbing system; it's waters captured and transferred hundreds of miles for agriculture and drinking. Traveling at the speed of the current, the film makers explore the complex issues surrounding fair allocation of a scarce water resource in the coming time of scarcity.
