The album is the convergence of creative confidence and life experience, both a witness to and a catalyst for T.'s ever-growing presence and artistic vision. Sonically, Tenderness boldly explores a wide array of pop sounds and touchstones, with moments of 90s emo, dance pop energy, and the silky chiffon of indie pop influences. From the title track, which features a co-write and guest appearance by Stars, and throughout the collection as a whole, Tenderness tells an important story of strength in community, featuring a range of international and Nova Scotian co-writers and producers.
